A document converter that runs entirely in the browser — PDF, DOCX, and TXT files convert, merge, and split without ever being uploaded to a server. Eight conversion types, all processed locally.
A PDF bank statement is easy to read and hard to work with — pulling numbers into a budget or expense sheet usually means retyping every line by hand. ClearConvert's PDF-to-CSV conversion is built specifically for this: it recognizes statement formats from 30 named banks across the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Serbia, auto-detecting date formats and number formatting so the resulting spreadsheet actually lines up correctly. This works on text-layer PDFs — a scanned or photographed statement won't convert, since there's no text underneath to extract.
Sending a resume as a PDF, or needing to edit a PDF's text inside a real word processor — DOCX and PDF convert both directions, keeping the document usable on whichever end it lands. TXT files convert to PDF as well, useful for turning a plain draft into something that looks finished enough to send.
Multiple PDFs — scanned receipts, signed contract pages, separate report sections — merge into one file with drag-to-reorder before combining, so the final order doesn't depend on getting the upload sequence right the first time. A single large PDF splits the other direction using page-range syntax (1-3, 5, 8-10), useful for pulling out just the pages that are actually needed rather than sharing the whole document.
No. Every conversion runs in the browser itself — nothing is sent to a server at any point.
Not currently. PDF-to-CSV conversion requires a text layer to extract from — a scanned or photographed document has no underlying text for the tool to read.
It's built around 30 specific bank formats across several countries. Statements from banks outside that list may not parse correctly, since the layout and format detection are tuned to known statement structures.
Not at this time — ClearConvert accepts PDF, DOCX, and TXT files as input; CSV is currently only available as an output format from PDF-to-CSV conversion.
